Central Montana Horse Show, Fair and Rodeo
Sew It! Grow It! Show It!
The Central Montana Fair & Rodeo celebrates summer fun and community togetherness in fine fashion during the last week of July at the Fergus County Fairgrounds. The 4-H horse show and small animal judging begins Monday, July 25. Opening day of the fair on Wednesday, July 27 presents an exciting line up of free stage acts, as well as a terrific classic country night show, commercial exhibitors inside and out, open class exhibits, 4-H exhibits and animals, NRA- sanctioned rodeo, AMX auto racing and a demolition derby, carnival rides and games, and much more.
Fair features night entertainment from famous entertainers and groups of all musical backgrounds. The 2011 Nightshow featured legendary rock band, Kansas. The concert was held Friday, July 29th at 8 pm. The 2012 entertainment will be announced later this year.
The NRA Sanctioned Rodeo is another highlight. This two-day event features cowboys and cowgirls from across the state, competing for thousands in added money. MotoXross racing and the Demolition Derby round out the fun and excitement for all at the annual Central Montana Fair.
Central Montana Horse Show, Fair and Rodeo will be held at 100 Fairgrounds Road, one mile north from truck bypass (also known as 1st Avenue North) on Highway 191. Admission is nominal and parking is free. Come for a day, or come for the whole week! You will be glad you did!
