Human Resource Development Council (HRDC)

Non profit community action and social services agency helping low income citizens attain self-sufficiency. District 6 HRDC has more than 35 different programs that cover virtually every aspect of assistance a person may need. Each program is different and therefore has different qualifications and guidelines. Services are available regardless of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, religion, political ideas, marital status, age, or disability.
