Support & Donations

The Boys & Girls Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of donors to help us provide our programs to the children of our community. For every child we sign up as a member, it is estimated that we spend $250 on that child over the course of the year. With membership fees being as low as $5, that leaves an additional $245 for the Club to raise to support each of our 200+ members. We raise these funds through grants, fundraisers, and donations.

If you are interested in making a financial or in-kind donation, please consider the following areas:

  • Financial - we are always in need of financial donations to help with everyday expenses at the Club. If you have a special project in mind, please specify that when making your donation and we will be sure to designate your financial contribution to that cause.
  • Memorials - there is no better way to honor the memory of an individual than by making a contribution in their name and in turn helping a child.
  • In-Kind - we are in need of the following on-going donations:
    • Food - items that can be used to prepare lunch, snack, or dinner or kitchen supplies such as napkins, dish towels, paper towels, etc.
    • Art Supplies - scissors, glue, construction paper, markers, crayons, etc.
    • Computer Lab Supplies - computer paper, ink cartridges, games, etc.
    • Recreation - gym equipment, board games, outdoor equipment, etc.
    • General - pens, pencils, paper, office supplies, etc.
    • Other - if you have something else in mind, give us a call and we will let you know if we are in need of it.
