4-H: The Youth Development Program of MSU Extension

Seeking youth to enroll in the Montana Advanced Youth Market Beef Program

 

The Montana Advanced Youth Market Beef Program committee is interested to know if there are 4-H and FFA youth in the state that may be interested in participating in the Montana Advanced Youth Market Beef Program.  In order to conduct the AYMB program, we need a minimum of 15 youth to participate.  (More details on the AYMB program follow.)

 

Please let me know before October 31, 2008 if you have youth interested in participating.  If there appears to be enough interest from around the state, we will ask youth to enroll in the project and pay a transportation deposit of $50 by November 15, 2008.  The possession date for the steers would be January 15, 2009.

4-H Enrollment Continues

 

If you missed your October club meeting, you need to be in touch with your leaders and get your enrollment completed. You can still recruit new members/cloverbuds and leaders. The enrollment deadline is January 1. Please be sure to pay your dues, $2 for cloverbuds, $5 for members and $7 for leaders. This pays your insurance and part of the cost of literature. Also, please flip your form over and complete the photo release on the back.
